The task
Globy connects manufacturers and wholesalers with buyers worldwide. The product was stuck on Angular 12, and search engines saw only a fraction of its public pages
Key libraries didn't support newer versions, the product and blog pages were rendered only in the browser, and the whole frontend was one developer
What we did
We moved the product up four Angular versions and turned on server-side rendering, without pausing feature work or rewriting it

Every public page ready for search engines, with browser-only code made safe for the server

We hired and onboarded four frontend developers, so the frontend grew from one to five

Traffic grew two to three times, and several times more pages were indexed after the switch to server-side rendering
